Posting Information/Services

Ease of posting – When you have made your selection of clothes to be adjusted and resized, place them in a secure jiffy bag together with a print out of your completed order form and cheque/Postal Order made payable to: “Cuddly Bear Wear”. Take your parcel to the post office and send it to the following address: Cuddly Bear Wear, Kingston House, Suite 50, Harlow ESSEX CMI17 9PZ. We recommend posting by recorded delivery, so you can keep a personal check on your goods sent.

How long will it take? – All adjustments to uniforms are personal to each bear, please allow 10-14 business working days for return of your adjusted garments. If there are any unforeseen delays then you will be contacted by e-mail. In peak seasons such as end of school year when this can be a busy period, the return of garments may take up to 20-28 days. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us.

Postage and Packaging

For 5 or less items return postage will be £3.99 and for 6 to 10 items return postage will be £4.99. For orders over 10 items then please contact Cuddly Bear Wear.

Postage

We recommend that when posting garments to “Cuddly Bear Wear” you record your package so you have a record of your delivery to us. We cannot be made responsible for any packages being posted to us. Return Postage prices are stated on the order form, which are correct at the time of ordering.

Returned Postage

We will deliver your returned package by recorded delivery, which will have to be signed for by you.

Delivery

Goods are delivered by Royal Mail or Courier and will require a signature on receipt. If delivery has to be attempted more than twice due to the recipient not being in to receive the goods, a second delivery charge may be made. Furthermore, if the recipient requires a delivery to be redirected, a second delivery charge may also be incurred.

For security reasons, if payment is made by credit/debit card, delivery will only be made to the billing address of card holder.

Non Delivery, Damage in Transit

Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods. In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please use our enquiry form immediately. You must keep the original packing in case you have any reason to return your purchase.
