Do I have to send in my bear?

No. All you have to do is take the measurements of your cuddly bear and fill in the ‘Your Bear Details’ form on the ‘Order Your Bear Outfit’ page. Send in your recycled uniform with your measurements, payment and address details and we will adjust your uniform to the size of your required bear, and return the uniform back to you resized and all ready for your bear to wear.

Can I pay with a cheque or postal order?

Yes. Some orders will take a little longer due to the clearance of money, as adjustments to clothing will not commence until money has cleared our ‘Cuddly Bear Wear’ bank account. Payment by credit/debit card will not be charged until garments are received. Please remember to send in your ‘Bear’ details plus ‘Outfit’ details together with your payment and recycled clothing.

Does it have to be a bear?

No. It can be any cuddly toy, as long as it is within size requirements, and not smaller than 36cm (14”).

How do I order my uniform?

Download the Order Form and complete pages 1 and 2 with your cuddly toy measurements, the outfits and colour required along with your personal details. Send your order to us along with a cheque for the total amount including postage and packaging plus your recycled clothing if not buying brand new clothing.

How will the garments be returned?

All returned garments will be returned by recorded post, and will have to be sign for upon receipt.

How long will it take?

As all adjustments are personal for each bear, delivery of the returned garment may take up to 10-14 days. However the summer months are very busy for us, with children leaving school, so up to 28 days may be more of a realistic time frame for the return delivery.

Can I make a small garment larger?

No. You cannot make something out of nothing.

What if my bear is the same size as me?

That’s easy, no adjustments required.

What about the logo?

If your garment has a school logo on it we will aim to keep the logo when re-sizing of the garment takes place. However, in some cases the garment may be too large, and in cutting away excess material it may be impossible to include the school logo on the recycled uniform. We therefore recommend having a “Cuddly Bear Wear” badge on garments which require excessive resizing. If you would like a “Cuddly Bear Wear” logo type badge, then please indicate this on your ‘Outfits & Accessories Detail’ order form stating quantity you require. Badges will be sewn on your garment/s once purchased.

NB: Badges are made from high quality woven cotton with the words “Cuddly Wear Bear” and has the logo ‘paw’ print within it.
